"G" vs "Gatorade"

1) I think that it is a very bold move and that many people are not very comfortable with it.
2) I think that it will result in a loss of profits because people will not recognize it.
3) I believe that it will have a bad overall affect on the consumption.
4) I think that this was spawned by them wanting to appeal to a younger crowd by making the product look more simple and more appealing. However this will decrease customer recognition.

  1. Yeah most people aren't comfortable with it which means that they should just go back to the originals. It could result in a loss of profits but they might be saving money with the new way the package it making up for the money they lose by changing it. Consumption probably won't change too badly.

Right, noone likes the name change, so in that case they are going to lose alot of sales. It will have a really bad affect because i can already see they are going to lose alot of sales.

  4. You definetly make good points in this. Most people will feel very uncomfortable about this happening, but I guess the company wants to know if this is possible.
